Approaching a design method to such industrial and strictly functional project was most challenging. For that breaking down the program into three categories was essential, starting with the workshop and maintenance department which was established in an individual hanger steel structure mass for its purely industrial program. While the other two categories are placed in one mass divided into two sections the engineering department which is directly linked to the workshop and maintenance department, while the planners’ sections are set in a high fair face concrete mass overlooking the marine to visually reinforce the integration between the interior and exterior activities occurring.
