The aim was to create an efficient, functional, and comfortable office building, so it was crucial to use a cubic shape so as not to waste any space. This 20-meter-high structure was designed according to one modular system, that its construction grid is well defined and reflected through the facade, tiling, ceiling, partitioning, lighting, and furniture. All materials used throughout the project are unprocessed and in their natural original form, and to empower this industrialized look the color palette only consisted of white, grey, and black.
