Inspired by the Client’s business of brick manufacturing, this new office building created an interesting merge between a modern building with clean sleek lines and mashrabiahs made of brick with all the heritage it may carry with it. This clever integration was not created for the aesthetics of the building only, it is functioning as a shading element that shields the glazed facades from the heat of Riyadh sun.

The design tried to create a solid core at one side of the building for the main services and vertical transportation systems, then it used linear planes protruding from this core to frame the glazed floors. All this has created a welcoming and grand look that reflected the image of this headquarters.
