Though it may seem as a typical office building, this is far from the truth. This one-of-a-kind statement in Jordan has successfully merged the world of sustainability and efficient into one dynamic structure. Each element has been carefully engineered to maximize its environmental value, aesthetics and functional aspects. The most visible example would be the solar panels that formed the front facades. Though usually taken by designers as an element to be added on the roof, the design has capitalized on this element and smartly integrated it with the gazing of the office building, creating not only a design statement, but everlasting value for the building energy consumption.

In contrast to the rough look of concrete and glass, the design was able to bring nature into the building by creating a picturesque green wall that animates interiors of the show room and offices. You will always see glimpses of this breathing space when you are inside with rays of sunlight diffusing from the different facades.

It is no wonder that this building was granted a LEED Platinum certification with its smart contribution to sustainable designs within challenging environmental setting.
