The first major challenge in this project was the owner desire to expand and update the existing structure at the same time preserving the same architectural language of the existing facade, and the second challenge was the client insisting on creating suits that are unusually long by which not abiding general hotel design standards. As for the existing structure it was upgraded to new sleek modern spaces with its open, light filled, floating contemporary furnishing.
