This mesmerizing development is located in the upcoming, revolutionary capital city of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. The project is comprised of a 4-star hotel and private residential apartments up to 14 floors divided between two identical towers; the East tower has 203 guest rooms and 90 hotel serviced apartments, whilst the West tower contains 196 private residential apartments. The ground floor consists of entrances for the hotel, multipurpose hall, and residential apartments. Also, this floor contains the hotel lobby, entrance hall, an all-day dining, a deli café, the main kitchen and the administrative offices. Also, there is a technical floor for MEP services and engineering workshops, and a mezzanine floor, which includes functions for both hotel and residential apartments.

Regardless of the different functions, the design intent was to maintain a sense of overall similarity in identity between the two towers. Beneath the towers, a medium-sized modest podium sits providing access to the building and other services. During the warm summer months, the building maintains adequate and comfortable temperatures for the users via the western louvered façade that acts as a shield from excess heat and reduces the temperatures generated by direct sunlight. The hotel is visually stimulating from all sides, especially through the framework of modular openings at the front turning it into an animated dynamic beacon. Not to mention the pleasant courtyard that is enclosed by the two mirrored L-shaped towers from the back, and the landscape vision for the hotel and residential apartments’ zone provides an elegant and visual experience to the guests.
