It goes as high as 9 floors: two basements for parking, and services; a mezzanine floor; a mixed-use ground floor with retail shops, and the main entrance to the hotel that includes administrative offices, a reception, and a guest lounge; 5 floors of guestrooms; and a rooftop with a shared swimming pool. The scope of work included full interior design by setting out unique signature guidelines, including the production of layout plans and partitions. Appropriately, the overall interior of the hotel features a white and natural color palette, and characteristics of minimal but modern finishes to reflect the brand of the hotel.
