An urban development that interlaces water with nature and is marked by the iconic building of the World Trade Center. This multi-story tower is made up of twisted sleek planes is located at the end of the twining creek that makes its way through the thick green park in the middle of the development. At one edge of the creek, lies five multi-purpose halls, and on the other side there are seven mixed-use buildings. The two sides are connected by a lively podium hidden under a u-shaped plane, thus emphasizing the view lines towards the World Trade Center.
