This development is created for low-income housing, three areas of this development were selected for further development by alnasser+partners. Thus, the apartment buildings were rationally distributed creating pocket of greenery and others for car parks. This has allowed for a balanced mix between built and natural areas creating inviting spaces for the residents of these buildings.
