Scattered over an overlooking hill lies a residential development that captures the beauty of As-Salt city. The plots are distributed organically with meandering roads cutting through the hill and reaching each plot. Each of these are provided with generous green areas surrounding the new houses. The design of these houses is based on three prototypes that give its residents luxurious species distributed over two main floors. The houses use contemporary classical design that draws resemblance to the beauty of the old city.
