In this governmental building, the design uses references to Islamic architecture to create a monumental building to serve as the municipality building. Stone was chosen as the main element for the facades, with special pattens in the stone courses to emphasize the richness of this material. As for the main entrance, a mashrabiah style façade was designed to animate the three arches that welcome the visitors in.

The building has glimpses of modern treatment in the glass and stone details, thus giving the Islamic building a fresh look that suits the vision of this governmental institution.
