The 45-apartment compound is the 4th phase of a large gated community located in Aqaba-Jordan, overlooking the red sea. Challenged by the compact land area, the apartments were designed in a certain rhythm that collectively creates a coherent continuous façade. All the apartments were oriented to maximize the sea view, which resulted in increasing the glass ratio. Additional greenery was added to the buildings by creating roof gardens.
