This new vision for housing projects in Jordan is capitalizing on the hilly nature of this city and the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The high slope in the land has allowed for a new concept of multi-storey terraced houses, each overlooking the beautiful scenery of Amman heights. The design uses clean liner lines with white surfaces allowing the greenery to animate the facades. Its terraces mimic the slope of the surrounding thus the building seems as if it is born from the ground, but at the same time it is proud of its modern character.

The apartments provide continuous visual link with the surrounding through the glazed façade, while these reside at the back to be shaded by the terraces. However, from the street level, this housing complex appears as a private modern villa with no clue to the multi-levels covering the sloping edge, but leaving the surprise till after you enter the premises to experience this owe firsthand.
